Do you mean the eastern front in winter? That did not go so well, those Russians are hardcore, especially when it comes to fighting in ridiculous conditions. Sub zero temps, low rations and lack of supply's...but..they have vodka
Anywayz, this is about the southern front. The winters are mild, and the killing is good

Well considering that practically nobody gets banned from talking in local, (except of course if you insult BOB) I can't really see the problem, it seems to be occluded by your bluntness.

I see it all the time, in just about every system I visit. Then I see the same guys online the next day doing the same stuff
It happens everywhere in EVE. Smack talk and offensive links. I am not saying any of this is "fine". I am just saying that nobody seems to get banned for it, unless BOB reports it.
You understand now 
But meh, if that's all BOB has got left in their arsenal. Will I get banned for that?

Oh it was the elves that reported it  There's me thinking it was BOB filing all those petitions.
Funny thing is, for most of us not connected with the "Great War" (read: lag fest) is how low some people will stoop when they are losing.
Get some pride back ffs. Stiff upper lip and all that ****. Crying about poo poo words in local is not exactly officer class
And yes I DO understand why you would choose to get people banned rather than fight them. Good night, and please get some wetwipes on that make up of yours...eugh
